Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) Visits BIUMC Sunday, July 10, 2016
Judah Riders have a vision which is to "Change the World One Heart at a Time." They are CMA members and the purpose of a CMA Chapter is to support the National CMA effort of "sharing and showing the love of Jesus Christ to motorcyclists." "As each motorcycle filed into the parking lot, we knew we were in for something special," said Joan Nichols. "Thank you for your time, loving Christian spirit, music and message."

BIUMC is a Perfect Location to Hunt Easter Eggs
Teenager, Isaac Nichols, hid Easter Eggs for the BIUMC children to find Sunday, March 31, 2013. Little Whitney Sullivan and all of the children ran in all directions scooping up the colorful eggs. Congratulations to Sara Bray for finding the Golden Egg and to Shawn Sullivan for finding the most eggs. The Blythe Island United Methodist Church Family Life Center was filled with crafts, Easter Eggs, and fellowship this Easter 2012. The egg hunt was enjoyed by every child and adult. Little Griffey won the consolation prize for finding ONE Easter egg :):):) His sister, Sara, found the MOST at twenty-five and KeyKey found the Golden EGG!
Our youth stepped up in a time of need to help raise the funds necessary for Kayla (one of our BIUMC children) to travel with the 4H to the Badlands of South Dakota. They washed lots of cars and had a good time doing it! We're not sure what got squirted more, the cars or the kids!!!
